We want to deliver you the very highest quality products. Our No Quibbles 30 Day Quality Guarantee (UK only). If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, just send it back to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund, no quibbles. We’ll even cover postage costs.
Please return your items to us in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of the date on which you received them. However, we ask that if you have multiple bags of the same product and you want to return them all, that you only open one of the bags, and send the others back unopened.
To return an item, please contact us above to arrange return delivery. We cannot refund your delivery costs if you send the products back to us by yourself. We will pay for all return postage costs!
After receiving your returned products, we will normally process the refund within a few days, but in case of busy times, please allow for up to fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned items. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. If you prefer, we can send you replacement products.
Although we do our absolute best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during its journey to your door. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery, and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.
If you are unable to refuse the delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.

Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund.
Some of our products are only categorised as ‘short-dated’ once the expiry date is under 3 months. We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than 3 months at the time of purchase. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Any customers wanting to return products from outside of the UK have to arrange and pay for this delivery themselves.

We are often asked if our products are organic, and this is will always be our response: as much as possible we aim to source organic, but we cannot claim that they are 100% organic. An organic certification is desirable but not always realistic, especially for some of our small farmers who quite simply cannot afford the costly application process required.
